I'd argue that it allows more types of characters to be played as well, since you don't NEED lockpick/hacking/pickpocket to find oddities. Shotguns do not handle like any other ranged weapon. Classic requires less grinding, levels you faster, and doesn't punish you as much. It's a good pick, but you will have to get a feel for when you want Bursts or precision. I know, I'm pretty much overinsuranced on the defense. You could drop Full Auto, and lower strength, unless you are planning on heavy armor. THIS As you can see, the 3 feats before the last one can be switched to either the Trap- or the Bleed focused ones, Still, there are a few points which I would like to highlight and explain, as there are some choices here that might seem a little unconventional. Basically punch something in the face, and blast it while it has half armor. If you are rolling high INT, I would go ahead and look at crafting feats to compliment your build, since that is the main advantage, besides some weird stuff like using expose weakness on a range build. Every second turn you can drop a bear trap at no AP cost. ![]() 25 Traps and 7 dex lets you get Quick Tinkering which is very nice to use with just bear traps. ![]() This will get you a huge supply of bullets, hypos, advanced hypos and adreneline shots early in the game. You can create better weapons than any unique, but that doesn't mean the uniques are bad. (50) effective skill in pickpocket lets you take 1 item from almost everyone. Shotguns.Ĭrafting is great in the game, but I wouldn't rec for certain things on a build unless you are familiar. Gun Nut is probably more tailored towards chem/energy pistol builds because of the high int requirement. I will drop the 7 Int and go with 5 Int instead. ![]()
